About the Promoter

Proprietor Novateur HR Hiring Solutions is a dynamic young entrepreneur with 14 years of experience in the field of HR. Having a post graduate degree in Finance and HR, Smita has worked with some very well-known names in the industry, however after realizing her own potential and the potential in the hiring solutions industry; she started her own venture in 2015. Novateur HR Hiring Solutions has since grown exponentially in the field of providing hiring solutions as well as providing training solutions to the SME and MSME segment.
